Checkrite runs compliance jobs across a large number of properties. Gas, electrical and smoke alarms. The work moves constantly between booked jobs, jobs in progress, suppliers that need coordinating, and certificates that must be turned around fast.
The job management system held the data but the reporting layer wasn't there. To understand where things stood, Greg had to build reports manually. It took hours, and by the time the view was ready something had already moved.
